Terms and Conditions for the 2-Year 20% Off (Bike SERVICE) Program

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the 2-Year 20% Off Membership Program (the "Program") offered by Getfit.com Pte Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Member" or "you") agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility
2.1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
2.2. The Program is non-transferable and is limited to one membership per person.
2.3. Company employees, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Program.

3. Membership Term
3.1. The membership term is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of enrollment.
3.2. The membership will automatically expire at the end of the 2-year period unless renewed by the Member.

4. Discount Benefits
4.1. Members will receive a 20% discount on eligible bike servicing related services made during the membership term.
4.2. The discount is applicable only to regular-priced items and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
4.3. Certain products or services may be excluded from the discount at our discretion.

5. Enrollment and Fees
5.1. To enroll in the Program, you must complete the enrollment process and pay the applicable membership fee.
5.2. The membership fee is non-refundable and subject to change at the Company's discretion.
5.3. The current membership fee is $60 SGD.

6. Membership Card/Account
6.1. Upon enrollment, you will receive a membership card or digital account identifier.
6.2. You must present your membership card or account details at the time of purchase to receive the discount.
6.3. The membership card or account details must not be shared or transferred to others.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Any changes to the Program or terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

8. Termination of Membership
8.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate your membership if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.
8.2. If your membership is terminated, you will forfeit all benefits associated with the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Program.
9.2. The Company's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Program is limited to the membership fee paid by you.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
